Core of Preftek team consists of skilled engineers that help our customers to reveal prefab opportunities – quite often these opportunities are not easily visible and need a skilled eye.

Once prefab opportunities are located, Preftek specialists focus on optimizing P&IDs, principal schemes and layouts. Usually, this stage of design brings savings to the customers.

At the age of designing in BIM environment, 3D modeling is usually requested. Depending on customer, Preftek usually delivers 3D design in SolidWorks or Revit + MagiCAD software.

When producing non-standard products, Preftek prepares working drawings for internal use. However, in cases when larger systems consist of prefabricated and non-prefabricated piping sets, these drawings are also requested by customers and delivered by Preftek.

Aside from engineering know-how, black and stainless steel welding is one of the major competences that Preftek manufacturing holds. Main focus is pipe welding, but Preftek also delivers flat sheet and rectangular metal welding service.

Prefabrication processes naturally include a lot of assembly works both as pure mechanical assemblage as well as plumbing and insulation works.

Painting is a necessary procedure in black steel works. Special chambers are dedicated for wet painting.

Modular heating and cooling plants always need control and monitoring systems, therefore part of Preftek business is automation and electrical cabling service.

Preftek is certified according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 so that all business operations are performed in structured and traceable way. In order to meet highest quality standards in welding works, Preftek is certified by EN ISO 3834-3 and all production is performed according EN ISO 13480-4 only by certified welders (EN IS 9606-1). Highest quality and precision are ensured thanks to constant inspection and quality checklists in all production steps.

Prefabrication includes huge packages and a lot of shipping. Preftek has developed own system of packing and logistics control so that prefab products are securely shipped and stored for extended periods even outdoors.
